Anthony J. Catanese, MD, FACS

Anthony J. Catanese, M.D., F.A.C.S. graduated from St. John’s University in 1979. In 1983, he graduated with honors from the New York Medical College. He completed his urology residency at New York University/Bellevue Hospital in 1989 which includes six months at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital. Dr. Catanese in a former member of the Board of Trustees at Somerset Medical Center. He is the former Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Urology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital/Somerset. He has been voted “Top Doctor” in Urology in the New Jersey Monthly Magazine multiple times including 2016. Dr. Catanese professional interests include urologic oncology and kidney surgery.
